Week 19

I keep procrastinating this blog thing lately!  Mainly because this past week was rather boring and I don't have too much to say.  I think that's a first!

Last week went really well--I have made all of my protein goals and ate enough calories.  Except for a few rounds of snow shoveling, I really didn't do any exercise.  It has been extremely cold here and I feel like the bone-dry air is sucking the moisture out of my skin at warp speed.  So most of the week I drank more than I ate to try and help my skin. Thank goodness for clear liquid proteins...I don't know what I would do without them!  Getting protein and water at the same time is a win/win!

Keeping my carbs really low is making me lose so much easier and faster.  I saw my sister a week ago, and then on Saturday. She could not believe that I looked that much smaller in a week!  I feel smaller too.  My energy is sky-high and almost annoying when I try and go to sleep at night.  Feeling confident and positive is just not something I am used to, but I am learning to enjoy it!

I am enjoying the scale too! 68 pounds.

I am at a lower weight than I was when I got married 13 years ago!  Happy dance!

I feel so in control right now and pushing on to meet my Christmas goal!
