Time marches on

2 months ago...I thought this day would never come!   In just a little over 12 hours I will be at the hospital.  It is simply amazing to me how fast time flies.

I can't believe that I have been through several physicals, an EGD, a meeting with the surgeon and dietician, 14 vials for blood work,  a 4 hour class, and 2 weeks of very low calories.  I made it one piece and never gave up.  I am so grateful for the opportunity to turn my life around once and for all.  I have met a few supportive people along the way and I am so thankful for that too.

So painful to post these...but that's me.   I can't wait to add an after picture to that..something to be proud of.  In fact, my goal this year is to get family Christmas pictures.  With all of us.  Something so simple would mean the world to me.  I am already proud of who I am.  I can't wait to be proud of how I feel and look!
